The Staccato HD P4 is ideally-sized for both duty and carry, maximizing accuracy, durability, and versatility. Pushing the 2011 platform to its technological limits, the HD line offers all of the best qualities of Staccato pistols with a streamlined design featuring better ergonomics, optimized grip profile, and Glock® pattern magazine compatibility.
The HD line is rigorously tested for mechanical endurance, reliability, and resistance to harsh environmental conditions, going far beyond industry standards to meet the stringent requirements of America’s elite armed professionals.
Dual-sided safety and slide stop levers, mirrored thumb index points, and reversible magazine catch mean you can run your pistol in either hand with fully mirrored controls and ergonomics.
The HOST optic mounting system utilizes spacer plates to allow a “direct mount” of the DPP, SRO, RMRHD, RMR TYPE 2, and HOLOSUN 507/508 SERIES of optics. All of these “top down” mounted optics will use the actual optic screws to thread into the slide, and the spacer plate will be sandwiched between the slide and the optic. You will need the correct spacer plate to mount your desired optic.
Narrower grip with no grip safety, higher beavertail, more aggressive “wrap-over” slide serrations, and support-thumb index points create a more comfortable, consistent shooting experience even under adverse conditions.
